Really loving your datapoints about your input process, but I have a question about the output part of the cycle. I find myself writing lots of fragmentary ideas as they come in various text files, so as not to lose them. Do you do something similar, or do you just let them fester in your braincase and leap fully formed from your brow? If you do keep fragments in some outboard brain, how do you deal with sorting or doing something useful with them?

Loose ideas get written up in a Notepad file and thrown in a Dropbox folder called Loose Ideas. Simples.
Okay, sometimes they also fester in a misplaced notebook until found years later under a dusty tower of CDs, too. But mostly the first thing.
